Other than as required by law, LMSC and it’s associated entities makes no representations or warranties whatsoever about any other websites which may be accessed through this site. Links are provided as a courtesy only and in no way should be interpreted as an endorsement.

LMSC makes no representations or warranties and accept no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, content or use of the information accessible from any website with which this site is linked.

In LMSC will not be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages from any use of this site, or on any other linked website even if LMSC is expressly advised of the possibility of such damage or loss.

LMSC is in no way responsible for any intellectual property or other issues arising from the content of any other website which you access by means of activating a link on this site.

LMSC – Competition Conditions

1. Entry to all competitions and promotions is open to Australian residents only aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.

3. Winners are judged by LMSC or by the specific term of the competition.

5. The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition or promotion is final and binding on each person who enters.

If for any reason any promotion or competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to tapering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, infection by computer virus or bugs, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of LMSC and / or the promoter which may corrupt or affect the administration security, integrity or fairness or proper conduct of the competition or promotion, LMSC and / or the promoter reserves the right in it’s sole discretion to disqualify any individual/s who tamper with the entry process.

11. All content provided for entry for any competition or promotion where the entrant must provide as a condition becomes the property of LMSC.

13. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of publishing. All changes in the dollar value of any prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of LMSC or the promoter. All prize values are in Australian dollars unless stated.

15. All winners are notified by telephone.

17. LMSC and / or the promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered by entry, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

19. All entrants grant LMSC and / or the promoter the right to use and publish any of the entrant’s entry, proper name, image (if supplied) and state of residence in connection with the Competition. All entrants acknowledge that LMSC and / or the promoter will collect personal information on participants. By entering you give a worldwide irrevocable licence to reproduce publish adapt communicate and broadcast all or part of your entry in any form and media and to sublicense those rights. You also consent to your entry being edited reused stored and reproduced. Participants agree to indemnify LMSC and / or the Promoter against any actions arising from the publication of such materials.

21. No material, text, images or applications submitted as part of any competition or promotion will be returned to participants or entrants.

23. Entrants, participants and agents agree to indemnify LMSC and / or the promoter against any actions arising from the publication of any intellectual property

Modeling Terms & Conditions

1. Information on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of the conditions.

3. Modeling is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

5. Models are not guaranteed a cash payment. This is a money can’t by opportunity and as such has no retail value. Models will receive an LMSC prize pack which will vary from shoot to shoot.

7. It remains LMSC’s decision in relation to which photos, if any, are published.
8. All images and photos remain the property of LMSC Publications.

10. All models hereby give LMSC Publications and it’s affiliated companies perpetual, royalty free license, likeness, still and / or moving images, voice, filmed footage, biographical information and name in all media (including but not limited to print, internet, radio, mobile telephony, CD-ROM, DVD, television or video products) whether now known or hereafter produced for the purposes of promoting the feature, LMSC, LMSC Publications and it’s affiliates, and for such purposes the LMSC require from time to time.

12. All models will sign a ‘waiver of rights’ to any images taken and published both now and in the future.

14. All models will sign a ‘non disclosure document’ affirming that no detail of monetary payment made, if any, will be disclosed to any other party.

16. LMSC and / or the promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered by the individual, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
